Happy 4th of July from all of us here at The Random Schmooze! To help you celebrate our Independence Day, we invite you to try these delicious concoctions. Try one…try them all. There are few better days for schmoozin and boozin than our Independence Day!!!
The following recipes are courtesy of DIY-Maven:
Yankee Doodle
Combine and serve in a rocks glass over ice:
1 part UV Blue Raspberry-flavored vodka
2 parts sour
1 part tonic
(For a non-alcoholic version, substitute raspberry-flavored fruit juice for vodka.)
Patriotic Punch
Combine and serve in a rocks glass over ice:
1 part UV Red Cherry-flavored vodka
3 parts lemonade
(For a non-alcoholic version, substitute cherry-flavored fruit juice for vodka.)
Stars and Stripes Forever
1 oz. UV Blue Raspberry Vodka
2 oz. sour
Fill with lemonade
Top off with a cherry
(For a non-alcoholic version, substitute raspberry-flavored fruit juice for vodka.)
The Patriot
1 oz. UV Red Cherry Vodka
Fill with 7-Up
Garnish with orange slices.
(For a non-alcoholic version, substitute cherry-flavored fruit juice for vodka.)
The Fourth of July
Layer in order as listed starting with the Grenadine on the bottom.
½ shot Grenadine
1/3 shot Vodka
1/3 shot Blue Curacao
